The uvex CBR23 lens filter is designed for enhanced contrast, reduction of blue light, and relaxed vision. Contrast enhancement gives improved depth and colour perception, leading to clearer vision. Blue light from the sun and artificial sources is reduced by up to 95% at 450 nm, which effectively filters out high-energy visible light (HEV) and minimises the risk of retinal damage. It also provides protection against UVC, UVB and UVA rays. These features, along with the brown tint, reduce strain on the eye and surrounding muscles, enabling the wearer to sustain concentration. The CBR23 is suitable for outdoor use in bright sunlight.
